At My Nighty Store, we take pride in offering high-quality, carefully packed nightwear designed for your comfort. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

❌ No Return or Exchange Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products (nightwear and innerwear), we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

• Check product size, fabric, and description carefully
• Review your order before completing payment

🔄 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase by contacting us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 8217641427. After dispatch, no cancellations will be allowed.

💳 Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following rare cases:

1. Item not received after 30 business days internationally or 10 days within India (and tracking shows no delivery)
2. Wrong product delivered (not matching order – photo proof required within 24 hours)
3. Damaged product due to transit (photo/video proof required upon unboxing)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
